The Tréca Paris’s Warranty
Tréca luxury mattresses are made with the same craftsmanship that will ensure you years of exceptional comfort. The noble materials used, the hand-sewn finishes and the craftsmanship are the guarantee of the quality of our top-of-the-range mattresses and of all Tréca products.
Tréca Paris offers a 25-year warranty that covers specific key elements of your Tréca Paris® bed system. This warranty operates when purchasing a Tréca Paris® full bed system including a Tréca Paris® mattress with its original Tréca Paris® foundation (or bed base).
Please note that this warranty is reduced to a 10-year term when purchasing a Tréca Paris® mattress without its original Tréca Paris® foundation or Tréca Paris® bed base. It is reduced to a 5-year term when purchasing a single Tréca Paris® foundation or bed base. It is reduced to a 2-year term for breakage of adjustable Tréca Paris® foundations or bed bases.
Our warranty covers a breakage of the mattress spring or foundation frame that prevents you from using your Tréca Paris® bed base system properly. The term of the warranty runs from the date of purchase at TRECA CORP. or its authorized reseller, as shown by the invoice. It ceases to apply at the end of its term.
This limited warranty applies in the United Sates of America to new products purchased from our company TRECA CORP. or from its appointed resellers. It is extended to the original purchaser only.
